I created processes, improvements and a general org structure that would support two critical customer facing programs:* Answer HQThis is a self-help community that focused on encouraging players to share their workarounds and fixes for common problems. The aim of the community was to reduce contacts into the WWCE call centres and increase the ease at which players could get back into the game. This community attracted millions of users in it's first 12 months and went on to drastically reduce costs. * Social CommunicationEA has a huge presence on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and others. While our marketing teams ran campaigns through these brand channels, they were a place for our players to communicate with us - and they do. A single post can attract tens of thousands of comments, which were difficult for marketing teams to keep on top of. My team developed strategies and processes that allowed those marketing teams to lead the campaign, while my team responded to all questions that would arise when something was posted. This resulted in a huge swing in positivity towards EA and our individual brands, as players were getting responses directly.
