Strategy and budget responsibility for multiple brand and e-commerce websites located globally, managing all aspects of marketing including SEO, SEM & Social through internal staff and external agencies. Also responsible for brand development, web design and development teams, and the ongoing optimisation of websites through analysis and improvement of customer journey, targeted campaigns and cohesive marketing strategy.

Reporting directly to Managing Director, I am responsible for effectively managing internal and external staff, agencies and freelance staff to achieve my key tasks including achieving aggressive growth targets whilst maintaining profitability and margins. Leadership of the multi-channel, multi-lingual e-commerce teams including design, development and optimisation staff, whilst utilising analytics, trends and market opportunities to price, range and present our products. Streamlining user experience and CRM is also a key objective. International Operations responsibilities including budgeting, ranging, pricing, retail/corporate sales and marketing strategy. End-to-end efficiency reviews for all aspects of the business including sales, websites, logistics, storage & distribution including the implementation and supervision of SLA’s and KPI’s. Monitoring and analysing company performance vs budgets and targets.

Reporting directly to the Directors, my key responsibilities were to manage the marketing plan and efficiently utilise the budget available, including managing press and online advertising, promotions and events, for optimum ROI. Also responsible for excellent customer services with the aim of increasing sales and maximising margin. Managing product launches & event co-ordination, customer loyalty and repeat sales were also key focuses. During my employment we successfully re-branded the organisation from a 4-brand dealership into one of the largest Yamaha Motor Solus Dealers in the UK.

Responsible for managing up to 40 key client accounts (and up to 135 temp staff). Directly responsible for 4 internal staff members I provided an integral link for communication, negotiations and sales. Responsibilities included key account maintenance, sales growth, and margin retention whilst utilising excellent customer service and organisational ability.
