I've helped a lot of teams with their agile transformation, but the biggest transformation has been in myself. Twenty years ago, I became a software developer so I could sit in front of a computer and avoid people. But in 2014 my son was born, and I decided I wanted to be better.🗲Cue Rocky montage music🗲So I started moonlighting as a Scrum Master. I pushed through the discomfort that comes with introverts doing extrovert things. I got certified (as a Scrum Master). I helped to build teams and bring people together. I taught and learned. I'm skilled in agile practices, fostering cross-functional collaboration and nurturing an environment of continuous improvement. I have a strong background in insurance and technology, with expertise in workflow management, iterative planning, stakeholder relationship building and team dynamics.
