Working for the largest quick lube and vehicle maintenance provider in the country, I managed the day-to-day employee development tasks in the Midwest Division, helping operations management drive sales and customer satisfaction. Exceeding results was achieved by identifying targets, and arming the team with the skills necessary to exceed these goals.

Supervising the construction and opening 10 new Jiffy Lube/Sears locations in a new market, I was able to beat sales and car count budgets with a quality team of managers and technicians. Responsible for the financial, personnel, environmental, safety and operations tasks for 17 locations throughout Northeast Ohio, we were able to exceed slaes goals of $2.1M in the second year of operation.
