Facilities Project Management and Constructiono Fine Arts Building ($6,000,000): Assisted Project Manager in evaluation of contractor PCOs, completed cost comparisons, prepared change orders, maintained project logs and other duties as assigned.o Johnson Center Dining ($1,500,000): Assisted Project Manager in all phases of Contract Administration including preparation of weekly construction meeting minutes, project documentation and coordination between Contractor and Universityo Shenandoah Dining ($9,000,000): Assisted Project Manager in all phases of Contract Administration including evaluation and preparation of Change orders, maintaining project files and logs, coordination of utility installations, acting as a liaison between Contractor and University’s physical plant and coordination with the greater University community.o Dominion Hall Closet Renovation ($300,000): Under the direction of the Project Manager, managed the design and construction of the Residence Hall renovation which included architectural and electrical upgrades. Responsibilities included managing the design team, coordinating with the end user (Housing) and Contractor, bidding, award of Contracts, troubleshooting during construction, preparation and evaluation of Change Orders and Project close-out.
