Sr. Field Services And Operations Technician – Leadership Role
Current- Ensured all services provided and products installed met strict gaming regulations, stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.
- Lead staff of 8 people including Field Service Technicians, to provide 24/7 on-site support of IGT gaming machines and systems.
- Directly responsible for the supervision, training and development of staff.
- Responsible for all aspects of Field Service operations, project planning and execution, new product rollouts and other Leadership and Supervisor activities for Resorts World Casino – NYC.
- Maintained machine base of 2200 gaming machines valued at more than ~$50mm with less than 2% downtime and generating more than ~$75mm in annual revenue.
- Coordinated employee and customer training per NY Gaming regulation requirements.Major Achievement:Resorts World Casino NYC Start-up: I led a team of technicians and worked with various vendors, casino staff, union.
