Sr. Field Services And Operations Technician – Leadership Role
Current● Ensured all services provided and products installed met strict gaming regulations, stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations. ● Lead staff of 8 people including Field Service Technicians, to provide 24/7 on-site support of IGT gaming machines and systems.● Directly responsible for the supervision, training and development of staff.● Responsible for all aspects of Field Service operations, project planning and execution, new product rollouts and other Leadership and Supervisor activities for Resorts World Casino – NYC.● Maintained machine base of 2200 gaming machines valued at more than ~$50mm with less than 2% downtime and generating more than ~$75mm in annual revenue.● Coordinated employee and customer training per NY Gaming regulation requirements.Major Achievement:Resorts World Casino NYC Start-up: I led a team of technicians and worked with various vendors, casino staff, union shops and the NY gaming regulators on a project to install and maintain close to 2,000 Video Lottery Terminals and Systems connected to a centralized network. This was one of the largest casino openings within North America which I planned and coordinated through weekly meetings with my supervisor and NY Gaming Commission representatives to ensure all deadlines and OGS requirements were met.
