I co-founded BWD Partnership with a business proposition - ‘turning ideas into action that produce results’ - and this is precisely what I have done, working for over 20 years with both SMEs and large international companies operating within various dynamic market sectors.Frequently asked to define and scope my own brief, I prepare and implement bespoke solutions to common business problems and opportunities. I have helped sales teams develop the confidence and capability to originate, approach, negotiate and upsell, resulting in an effective strategic selling approach that has improved both revenue and profits. I have also enabled organisations to achieve communication goals through various channels and to different audiences. Much of my work has been project based, designing and delivering large-scale performance initiatives, including event management to bring together disparate groups within organisations. My clients have been based mainly in Europe and the US, and have had teams across multiple geographies, so seamless communication and collaboration has been essential. I work with top leadership teams, comprising CEOs, Executive Directors and founders/entrepreneurs, often taking a mentoring role to provide the sort of support and insight I wished I had had in my earlier corporate career as a director and general manager. Engaging with and motivating people at all levels is at the heart of how I work. Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships is second nature to me and my client base has grown exclusively through referral, often with repeat engagements and increasing levels of involvement in core business activities. I bring a common sense, logical, non-political approach and a wealth of experience from business leadership roles and as an Equity Director.My earlier career included full P&L responsibility and over 500 staff in blue chip organisations, latterly in director/senior leadership executive level B2B market roles.

  Sales and marketing consultancy with clients from numerous sectors based in Europe, US, Africa and Australia. http://bwdpartnership.com.ukFollowing graduate traineeship with a major high street retail chain store group, progressed rapidly through various sales, marketing and general management roles within blue chip organisations such as P&G, Imperial Group and Coca Cola. Within these roles, gained extensive senior managerial experience in field sales, sales Operations, Marketing, distribution and general management at a time of exponential growth in each of their respective markets. Subsequently, headhunted into the B2B market where I was appointed to director/senior leadership executive level roles within ACS and Roboserve. These roles involved full P&L responsibility, over 500 staff and total accountability for the strategic development and delivery of both revenue and profit growth before deciding to set up own consultancy along with two fellow Directors.
