Standing by the cars I was the first point of contact for the public had to have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the vehicles. Learning how to correctly portray myself was the main skill learnt: by talking to such a wide range of people on a professional level, my confidence when presenting was solidified - I thrived in this.

During this week’s placement, I learnt about all the techniques and processes used to make Ford Transits, and following the production line from start to finish opened my eyes to the technology used in these factories.
