Chris conducted door to door sales, selling home services, as a part of the Telus' Fibre Optic Project throughout Western Canada.The position allowed Chris to deal with many customers on a daily basis. Ledcor is a very kinesthetic learning environment, therefore, Chris had to learn at a quick pace. He understands the importance of adapting to every customer and dealing with rejection. Chris has been able to overcome obstacles on the road to the sale to ensure he can close the deal. During Chris's time at Ledcor he was able to earn himself a seat on an all-inclusive trip as a top sales representative. The company was also donating $5 to the Vancouver Children's Hospital for every mobility lead they got. Chris was able to secure over 300 mobility leads allowing the company to donate $1,500, while the next sales representative had 50 mobility leads.

Chris was required to take orders from businesses (Whole Foods, local businesses) and smoke the fish at desired temperature. Preparing the invoices and boxing the orders with the exact kilograms/pounds so the product is delivered on time. Chris built great time management as he was required to meet deadlines. This allowed Chris to adapt to the situation and figure out what the most efficient way in order to meet the deadlines.

Chris was required to submit elevator pitches and was successful in making it into the semi-finals. The competition had over 2,000 entries while only 400 made it into the semi-finals.

This position entailed selling vehicles. Chris' duties included following up with customers, making sure he was aware of customers needs and finding the right vehicle to suit them.

Chris' responsibilities were making sure the sold vehicles were ready for delivery, stock in new cars, travel to other dealerships for dealer trades and make sure the lot was always in pristine condition. As manager, Chris's duties were making sure lot attendants were well versed on taking care of the lot, making a check list of duties to do for vehicles preparation at delivery and making sure the showroom was always in clean conditions.

Chris was an official referee, he was expected to be knowledgeable with the rules and regulations. He was required to be at each game 15 minutes prior to officiating and he did so accordingly. Being an official referee demands patience and being able to think quickly on the spot.

Chris' duties at Cobra consist of measuring wire for each job site, strapping loads of materials to flat deck trucks and controlling inventory.

Bills Skate Shop is a retail hockey store. Chris' duties include finding out customer's needs for hockey equipment; showing them the best options for their requirements.
