Christopher D. Sandy's practice focuses on defending employers in all legal challenges, including claims for unemployment and workers' compensation benefits, breach of contract claims, tort claims, municipal, state, and federal discrimination actions. He also provides counsel with regard to other employment law challenges, including those filed under the FMLA, the FLSA, and other, similar state and federal statutes.Chris is a 2014 graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, cum laude, where he earned three CALI Excellence for the Future awards in the areas of Healthcare Law and Criminal Law.
