Ro Morrison & Associates is a Concierge Speakers Bureau. The guiding principle I used when co-founding this business was how to make it easier for companies in Financial Services to find great speakers, coaches and industry experts to fulfill their specific business needs. The idea is simple – a “one-stop” shop where I match your organization to the right speaker that will deliver a remarkable experience at your next event. And, it is all done for the same price as if you had called the speaker yourself. I believe that clients should get more and not have to pay when working with a speakers’ bureau. I can’t stand the thought of world class organizations engaging a speaker who over-promises, under-delivers and jeopardizes the success and return on investment of a conference or roadshow. It’s why I spend a lot of time getting to know the speakers I work with and passing these relationships onto my clients. It drives me crazy when an organization brings in a speaker and there is no focus on what should happen after the event. I believe speakers need to focus on key takeaways and actionable strategies. This is why I developed the RMA Speaker-Connect process which puts as much focus on the pre- and post aspects of the event, as it does on the event itself.
