After winning the business, securing the contracts, finalizing statements of work, and the technical team is established, I take on the responsibilities of Project Manager to guide the team and the client through all the aspects of successful Agile product development and launch experiences.

I worked with domestic and offshore teams for several years to deliver a variety of Microsoft based Business Intelligence solutions for many clients. Areas of specialization included Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting services, and database programing. Most of the domestic team members were located in other states, and the solutions were hosted in cloud environments. As owner of the LLC, I had oversight for all operational and financial responsibilities.

Designed and developed database and reporting solutions for a variety of clients. These included solutions related to data integration, enterprise data-mart solutions, and solutions using Microsoft Master Data Management. I enjoyed regular engagement with clients through all aspects of the solutions that we created for them. My other leadership responsibilities included staff recruiting, staff training, and team member supervision.

I worked with members of a third-party company to launch Diversicare’s first data warehouse. The core of my responsibilities included collecting use cases from Diversicare staff and translating those into technical implementation. I also helped many departments within the company gain greater efficiency through better data reporting and data automation. I also developed reporting portals and document repositories in SharePoint for staff users.

I worked with a team to complete a major cash reconciliation for all business units across the company. This was a critical effort that was needed in order for the company to go public. I used SQL server business Intelligence technologies to create a new licensing application for the California department of fish and game. This effort included a very large team of developers, quality assurance analysts, several server environments, and was orchestrated using agile methodologies. I supported a team responsible for generating the report templates that would become the official templates for every California commercial fishing license by writing SQL Server stored procedures and designing templates that were designed to California specifications.

I worked with a third-party company to pilot a desktop application for the district to manage schedules related to maintenance and operations. I taught several courses related to database, web, and productivity technologies. I was responsible for all aspects of accurate analysis of business financial documents and preparation of credit documents for aircraft loans. I made the most of the opportunity to build relationships with aircraft sales professionals and customers.
