Mr. Dusa’s leadership career spans more than 20 years defining the private firefighting and protective service industry for commercial and government sectors in N. America. Chris is highly regarded in the field of business development for protective services across multiple critical infrastructure market segments. Chris excels at innovation, business development, and team leadership. He has chartered ground-up operational architectures, formed and launched go-to-market strategies, developed end-to-end branding, messaging, and customer experience touchpoints, attracted key hires and has mentored and retained talent. He has a successful track record of formulating enterprise level sales initiatives, expansion programs and cultivated extensive channel partnerships to increase awareness, brand respect and financial viability. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Chris started his career gaining sales and marketing experience within high technology companies in the silicon valley during the early internet boom. He is a recent graduate of the executive leadership program through the Stanford University Graduate Program and mentors’ young entrepreneurs in unrelated technology startup initiatives. Prior to entering the business world, Chris spent many years as a Firefighter/Paramedic/Rescue Swimmer in northern California where he performed high-risk lifesaving services as part of an elite rescue team. He is an avid traveler and outdoorsman and now lives in Springfield with his wife Jessica where they are active in real estate investments, protective services business initiatives & philanthropic activities related to children’s hospitals.
