• Appointed Site Manger when the main structures were in place.• Liaise with the Project Manager, Architect, QS, Planner and the Ballymun Regeneration Authority.• Oversee the completion of public paving and landscaping to specification.• Install Public Art Work, commissioned by Ballymun Regeneration Authority.• Responsible for the completion of the development internally to include all external private areas.• Liaise with the neighbouring sites in relation to interconnecting services.• Oversee the handover of the Residential, Commercial and Retail units to the Clients and any complete all necessary maintenance and/or snagging during handover period.• Maintain all site Documentation.• Compile and implement a schedule for handover of the development to the Project Manager and Ballymun Regeneration Authority.

• Responsible for the internal completion of houses from internal plastering to handover.• Quantify and order all associated materials for the completion of houses internally.• Ensure houses were built to Ballymun Regeneration specifications.• Calculate and sign off completed works by sub-contractor’s on a weekly basis.• Write and maintain Site diary on a daily basis.• Attend weekly site meetings to submit and present weekly progress reports
