Throughout my years of work, there have been a few constants. A passion for customer service, team building, and developing people to be their best. I thrive when I can be at the fore of a team, and working with others. My journey has taken me from a waiter at a restaurant chain, to the assistant manager of a small independent place and currently I'm a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsbury's. I'm not one to shy away from the hard work, or working that extra to make sure that everything is done to a high standard. I'm known for a firm but fair approach to work and my colleagues, and I'd never have them do a task that I wasn't willing to do myself. I'm not too proud to admit I'm not perfect, and I have my weaknesses, but don't we all!I'm looking to speak to people from all walks of life in the retail and hospitality sectors, so we can share experiences, techniques, and gain an insight into how others work.
