Sr Manager, Global Talent Acquisition
Responsible for managing all talent acquisition activities within the Global Talent Management function to include managing end-to-end recruitment, aligning recruitment resources, tools and systems to corporate strategy increasing effectiveness of talent acquisition processes meeting the needs of the business. • Built the talent acquisition team from the ground up after moving from an RPO model to in house recruitment.• Provide support, guidance, leadership and educational opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Team• Hire, train and lead a global team of recruiters supporting all functions within the organization• Lead process improvement and system efficiency meetings with operations for talent acquisition and WorkDay• Develop and implement hiring manager interview guides• Develop and implementation of quarterly hiring manager satisfaction surveys• Identify Talent Acquisition KPI’s and lead the development of a recruiting dashboard• Build a corporate DEI strategy, identify organizations for outreach and develop those relationships• Spearhead the development of a successful and repeatable corporate summer internship program
