I act as the Integrator for GiANTs work - managing the daily operations of the company and overseeing the project management to execute the GiANT vision. I keep the team on track and ensure we have what is needed to pull off the vision, while simultaneously problem solving, tracking team performance, and providing accountability within the team.

As VP of Customer Success, I provided general oversight of the work of the GiANT HQ team to serve the needs of our customers (Guides & Catalysts) by empowering team members as we collectively resourced and supported, built community within, and produced high-quality & impactful content that helped our Guides & Catalysts succeed.

As Director of Partners, I served our global community of Guides & Catalysts as they sought to raise liberating leaders in every major sector & city in the world! I worked at the HQ level helping to define consulting strategies, best practices and processes, and also helping build sustainable systems and resources that equipped them to do their work at the highest level.

Previous to my role as Vice President, I served GiANT in several capacities – leading various teams and overseeing content, online marketing & communications, and internal staff management & culture. Some of my accomplishments through this work include...▪ Helped connect GiANT and our customers by providing relevant, accurate & empowering web presences – overseeing the development of all online aspects of GiANT and its brands.▪ Provided new media & technology guidance & adoption – keeping GiANT & its offerings on the forefront of new technologies & innovations by researching & implementing those that helped us to serve our customers & clients better, as well as those that increased our internal processes & workflow.▪ Created & managed a modern e-commerce solution, as well as accompanying online marketing strategy & process – tripling online resource sales in two years and overseeing a $1 million+ online storefront.▪ Brought to life a myriad of systems – both at GiANT & beyond – including tools that help connect our event attendees and those that equip our Leadercast host site partners to have incredible experiences in their own right.

As Internet Producer, I provided consulting for all online aspects of Threads, the young adult imprint of LifeWay. As a part of the initial Threads launch team, I designed & developed the central hub website for Threads, as well as launched some of LifeWay's first podcast offerings to its global customer base. I also discovered and managed writers for online articles and resources which were directed both at young adults and those who work with them.I also provided consulting for other innovation areas at LifeWay. These included such initiatives as resource, event, and author landing sites, blogs, email newsletters, podcasts & more – many of which were the first such projects undertaken by LifeWay in its rich 100+ year history.

As Communications Partner I served as the relational liaison for Multiply, a start-up web development firm based in Oklahoma City, OK. I helped nurture customer relationships with new clients as well as existing clients throughout the life of a project. In addition, I provided additional support for graphics and web design, and managed marketing/sales campaigns for the company.
