This included the implementation of a support ticketing system to ensure all calls were logged and tracked and customers can see the status of their issue at any time.Training & On-going SupportTraining customers on usage of Telematics softwareFirst point of contact for any Telematics queries Provide training for all end usersOther dutiesAssist Marketing department with exhibition support & planningAttend exhibitions to provide on stand demos
