Certified Public Accountant dedicated professional in the field of accountancy, litigation, valuation, and forensics with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent problem solver with ingenuity and "out of the box" approaches to uncommon and often complex problems. After having a fully diversified practice since 1989, I rededicated myself in 2016 to devote my resources exclusively to litigation and valuation wherein I have been engaged in hundreds of litigated matters, testified over 100 times, and have issued hundreds of business valuations. I am also an instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts (NACVA) for their conferences as well as for their credential programs for both the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF).
