Designed a new control panel and control method processes for the Goodman Expanders, originally manufactured by Burr Oaks Tooling Company. Converted the old Burr Oaks machine from relay logic to PLC ladder logic. • Installed and configured RS Bizware Windows 2003 server and data logging system for production and process controls. Supported and intergrated new process controls into new start up factory. Doubled the factory cycle time starting April 2007 (5 parts an hour) to present day (10 parts an hour) less than six months. Reduced downtime of new startup factory automation line by 90%.
