As a self-motivated 23x certified Salesforce Solution Architect, I have accumulated almost 20 years of experience in enterprise IT projects across multiple industries. After 10 years of IT project management within the manufacturing industry, I shifted to a career in Salesforce consulting where I have implemented Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and CPQ, predominantly within the public and media sectors. The excellent feedback from customers and colleagues drove my enthusiasm to become an active member within the Salesforce community, regularly speaking at events such as user groups and Dreamforce. This involvement within the community has encouraged me to develop a learner’s mindset where I am consistently keeping up with the developments of the CRM platform as well as researching emerging customer needs. With these two key points of understanding, I’m able to better serve stakeholders and ensure the technology truly meets the needs of the business.
