I am a lecturer at Lyngby Gymnasium UNord, where I teach subjects such as Marketing, Organization, Social Studies, Social Innovation and Mathematics to young people, including those facing mental health challenges. My approach to part-time teaching is to foster insight into the behavior, everyday life, and challenges of the students. And perhaps it's the best job I've ever had. Imagine, three days a week, I am welcomed into the classroom and the school with smiles, respect, and joy.

FindStien helps young people out of distress. Initially, the counseling is aimed at parents so they can get an overview of support options through the healthcare system. Often, parents have had to wait for several years to get the right help. Once the medical professionals have provided tools and resources for support, FindStien assists in coaching the young person. In 90% of our cases, we get the young person back into education or into the workforce.

I am a highly sought-after speaker on the topic of "Youth in Distress." What are the reasons so many young people are struggling today, what are the symptoms of distress, and how can parents navigate through the healthcare system? Additionally, I give lectures on Social Innovation and CSR: How can companies leverage their core competencies to create a positive impact in their efforts towards social responsibility and sustainability?
