Served as Vice President, National Service at Toshiba America Consumer Products, Inc Lebanon, TN. In this position I was responsible for all aspects of after sales service support and reverse logistics and I served as a member of the Presidents Executive team. I worked closely with the senior executives in manufacturing, marketing, sales and finance. I also attended important meetings with Toshiba's major clients, i.e., Dealers, Distributors, etc. At Toshiba I was the Executive Champion for Six Sigma Implementation within the entire after sales service organization and served as an Executive Green Belt. I improved TACP's bottom line profitability by streamlining the entire service organization and by implementing six sigma methodology throughout the entire service and RL organizations resulting in multi-million dollar savings to the company. I served as Vice President of Service from 1999 - 2005 when I elected to take voluntary Early Retirement in August, 2005 in order to pursue new and exciting challenges and interests.Vice President – National Service Division

Served as Vice President National Service for Hitachi Home Electronics, America based in Norcross, GA. In this position I was responsible for all after sales service support including national parts purchase, warehousing and distribution, product returns, repair and refurbishing, technical support, technical training, factory service, customer call center, and warranty. Managed the entire Hitachi service group and was responsible for approximately 1200 Independent authorized service centers. I also served as a member of the Presidents Executive Committee and worked closely with Hitachi's Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing executives. When Hitachi decided to relocate their corporate headquarters from Georgia to California, I was offered a package to relocate to San Diego by Hitachi's President. I elected not to relocate due to family considerations at that time, I served as the senior service executive at Hitachi, replacing the former Japanese service VP, from 1994-1998
