Assist the Operations Team in a myriad of ways including process development and implementation, increasing productivity, tracking efficiency and helping to enhance it. Triage and reset goals for new client relationships. Help manage and coach the production floor, and assist our Employee Experience and Facilities departments when needed.

Host the Saturday afternoon and Monday and Tuesday evening shows on Today's Country QX104. Say weird, occasionally interesting things. Give the company's stuff away. Sing reaaaaly loud in the control room and annoy my co-workers. Eat whatever is in the station fridge. General fun.

Directed the sound, philosophy and flow of heritage station East Coast FM and brand new licence CKEZ FM in New Glasgow. Build completely new libraries and Selector Datasets for both stations. Supervised the implementation of the ENCO DAD Master Control Software and Production Suite. Completely reorganized the structure of the organization operationally to not only accommodate a second station, but provide better coverage and communication between departments.

Helped build a AAA station musically from the ground up -- one that had a 40% Category 3 requirement to go along with normal Can Con needs. Built the clocks, picked the music, tweaked the mix. Helped with the programming of the station. Prepared for and hosted the Afternoon Drive show. Definitely one of the most challenging things I've ever done.
