-Spent approximately 175 days conducting business related travel, conducted supervisory visits to 11 recruiting facilities, 21 remote recruiting locations and completed annual required training for team members.-Managed approximately 400 personnel within the recruiting station and briefed the COO on all matters pertaining to the morale, welfare and conduct of approximately 85 recruiters. -Coordinated with external agencies to facilitate support for team members in the areas of mental health, alcohol abuse, marital counseling and operational stress.-Program Manager for remedial physical conditioning program for the recruiting facility, increasing productivity and physical fitness levels.-Program Manager for organization's formal complaint resolution process.-As a Program Manager, I ensured the recruiting station consistently worked to obtain 25% of net new contracts from the new accessions program and 15% from an internal recruiting program. -Force Protection Officer liaised with local law enforcement agencies and when necessary, attended monthly meetings with Fusion Center and Joint Terrorism Task Force. Conducted approximately 30 facility threat and vulnerability assessments and provided recommendations to regional mission assurance specialist.

-Established, equipped, trained and lead a 16 man Police Transition Team during hazardous operations in Iraq. -Worked hand in hand with International Police Liaison Officers (IPLO’s) and a fledgling Iraqi Police Force. -Assisted in negotiations with Iraqi Security Force (ISF) leadership. -Served as the Senior Advisor to a team of 16 Marines, Sailors and Iraqi interpreters during sustained combat operations. -Supervised, trained, and advised both Police Transition Team and Iraqi Police during tactical operations, security patrols, weapons sweeps, and logistics convoys.-As the team’s Logistics Chief I was responsible for the acquisition and issue of Iraqi Police gear and equipment to include: basic police issue, 36 police patrol vehicles, 350 weapon systems, fuel & vehicle maintenance items, office supplies, and desktop computers.-In 2008, traveled to Iraq again and served as a Senior Advisor and Executive Manager for a Convoy Security Detail.-I Lead and trained a 17-man, 4-vehicle team and conducted 45 tactical convoys and traveled more than 5,000 mishap-free miles throughout Al Anbar Province, Iraq. -Routinely coordinated with intelligence agencies for current intelligence, map products and route surveys. -Established and maintained relationships with route clearance teams and provincial reconstruction teams. -Lead my team’s Personnel Security Detail, entrusted with the movement of 200 individuals; to include detainee transports.
