Led $53 Million program to build out Data Center capacity for Fortune 100 healthcare client and transition multiple business units and applications as part of acquisition. Later managed the program to fully separate all network and service connections from former business unit owner.

• IT Project Management – Led corporate initiative to transition 300+ customers to new Warehouse Management System (WMS). The two year $2 Million dollar project involved complete re-configuration of inventory, billing and EDI transactions. Managed 5 teams covering 24 Distribution Centers in 15 states.• Project Management - Responsible for the conversion of file transfers during a complete data center migration for a Fortune 100 retail pharmacy and healthcare company. The file transfers supported internal HR, Finance, and patient information sharing as well as provided patient information and test results to numerous external healthcare partners.• Resource Management/Project Governance – Designed and implemented a methodology with supporting policies, procedures and tools for resource management and project governance at a Fortune 100 Company. The project required hands-on execution of both processes followed by training, transition and support of the owning employees. Once implemented, the processes facilitated informed decision making among the executive leadership team by providing critical insight into project health and organizational capacity required to staff an ERP implementation project.
