As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer it is my responsibility to implement the workouts that our gym programs, supervise/coach clients in their performance of the workout, and maintain safety in/about the gym through workouts.

I was responsible for all facets of the trip from learning about health disparities in a strong enough capacity so as to teach my participants about them, to contacting/working with service sites we could volunteer at, to managing my students on-trip, to running effective reflections about our experiences pre-trip, on-trip, and post-trip.
