First, we help leaders to easily identify and remove the barriers to emotionally healthy discipleship multiplication leading to exponential Kingdom impact in their local context. Next, use a simple framework to help leaders learn how to train their folks how to create an emotionally healthy community context. It’s this type of atmosphere that is necessary to produce and replicate thriving disciples consistently. Finally, our missional outcome is to see every Jesus follower be released into their personal destiny, fully equipped to make a difference in their sphere of influence as Jesus leads them. Our multi-faceted, phased approach centers around the concepts of Clarity, Covenant and Commissioning. Without any type of information overwhelm, leaders are finding Clarity to common bottlenecks preventing the fullness of grace, they are developing transformative Covenant relationships which then leads a steady stream of every day disciples being launched into their Kingdom destiny and masterpiece mission (or commissioning). As a former Pastor, Professional Therapist and Church planter, today I’m thankful to serve Jesus and His Body as a Professional Coach, Consultant and Church Network Catalyst Leader.
