Co-developed, conceptualized and operationalized the Gateway Communications business model into existence. As such, established: the Operations and Finance foundations of this start-up consulting company; critical vendor and customer contract infrastructures to initiate sales generation; and alternate sales channel programs and financial infrastructure.• Negotiated all ongoing strategic partner contracts – MCI, Sprint, Qwest, Expedient, Innovations Tech, etc. – and ensured complete customer satisfaction with exceptional customer communications.• Established all aspects of customer contractual agreement components, a necessary precursor to sales generation and the attainment of Gateway’s financial objectives. Reviewed and approved/denied all special pricing requests and completed the financial portions of customer RFPs.• Developed Alliance Partnering Program and supporting agreement documents which established critical alternate sales channels. External legal counsel commended the detailed and expeditious efforts in getting this new business operational and ready.• Instituted numerous foundational accounting and human resource functions including monthly and year-end close reporting; benefit selection management; 401K administration; employee policy development, and accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
