The site employs 153 people and manufactures 2000 paint SKUs in 3 plants on the Slough site.Responsibilities:• Responsibility for financial and management month end reporting and ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance for UK Operations. • Responsibilities include providing financial support to other members of the management team to help make strategic decisions for the future performance of the site. • As a member of the management team, providing guidance from a financial perspective on improving the site’s productivity and reducing its cost base. • Responsible for monitoring and reporting the performance of both plants on site. • This role has one direct report being the Costing Manager.

Reporting to the Operations Director. The site employs 63 people and manufactures 1000 SKUs.Responsibilities:• Supporting the operations and logistics directors by providing accurate and timely information for key operational decisions. • Responsible for all financial and management reporting of supply chain activities in Ireland.• Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley compliance across the Supply Chain function. • This role had 5 reports, of which 3 were direct including the cost accountant, accounts payable manager and the accounts assistant.

In 2004 ICI took the decision to replace its global financial / management reporting system Hyperion with GEAC software. The project covered 500 reporting units across the world.
