Cevotec is a Munich-based startup that offers advanced, patch-based carbon fiber part manufacturing as well as commercializing full production systems which use their own Fiber Patch Placement technology. Created FP&A logics and tools using Excel-based VBA, defined cost-tracking structures, lay the foundations for optimized business/accounting alignment and developed decision-making tools for project-based costings. Worked directly with founders to define aforementioned tools and prepare for series A financing.

Product development of tailored centrifugal pumps for Oil & Gas, Water and Energy industries. Responsible for the design of large, axially split, single and multi-stage pumps. Extensive use of NX Unigraphics for 3D modeling and drafting.

Process development of the KC-390 military airlifter, working specifically with hydromechanical systems. Responsible for ergonomic and accessibility analyses, PFMEA, tooling technical specifications, supplier procurement and follow up, production script development and lean methodology - Kaizen, Production Process Planning (3P), Lean Design, etc. Extensive experience with CATIA V5 and Delmia package.
