• Underwrote largest and most complex loans as part of the acquisition process
• Managed approximately 12 third party asset managers who assisted in administering the portfolio

• Transacted loan sale of approximately 114 loans with a par amount of $160 million on a warehouse lending facility
• Administered portfolio of Real Estate Owned consisting of 50 properties valued at approximately $25 million
• Managed portfolio of approximately 70 loans with a face value of $50 million in special servicing
• Prepared and presented loan and property analysis and made credit recommendations to senior management

• Underwrote loan requests in excess of $1 billion for office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and hotel properties
• Compiled credit memos and presented with senior originator to loan committee for funding
• Prepared loan applications, negotiated loan terms, reviewed third-party reports, and legal documents
• Managed internal loan transaction process; worked with mortgage brokers, borrowers, borrower’s counsel, internal counsel, and third-party providers to ensure timely closings
