Having spent 25 years at Chelsea Football Club, keeping Stamford Bridge's audio visual technology and integration at a world-renowned high, the standards of which you would expect of a Champions League level club. I decided it was nigh on time to found CF-AV Integration Specialists.I am highly proficient in all aspects of AV installations, integration and maintenance.IPTV systems,Large format LED installation and maintenance,Domestic and professional system installation.Staff upskilling, project management and support services available.I offer my services to venues, hotels and businesses looking to bring their technology up to date, better utilising systems or increasing ROI. I also support them to upskill staff and fully integrate use of the technology into their current business model and systems.

I provided integration solutions and services for clients who purchase stadium screens and perimeter advertising boards. This essentially supports them in utilising their hardware with appropriate software to monetise the screens around their venues. I accompanied sales representatives around the world to meetings with current and potential clients to establish expert rapport, understand the technical requirements of an install both to ensure accurate costings and to make sure the products offered met the clients needs, or exceeded them. I have also supported the engineering team on installations across the UK, Europe and USA.

During my time at Chelsea FC I rose up through the ranks to take on the role of managing the Audio Visual department. This role encompassed many responsibilities - namely the management of a team of engineers, designers and system architects. I had overall responsibility for the design, implementation and operation of all fan engagement systems, as well as maintenance of the same. I always ensured Chelsea was at the forefront of technological advances, marketing monetisation and fan engagement, I became exceptionally well known in the industry for establishing an unfaltering system and guaranteeing on-time delivery. Over my 25 years at the club, I oversaw countless installation projects - the full IPTV network, 57 separate large format screen installs, perimeter boards and advertising throughout the stadium. I also oversaw projects at their training facility in Cobham as well as at Kingsmeadow. In that role I would regularly liaise with the governing bodies, the FA and UEFA, ensuring full compliance and adherence to safety aspects of large sporting events. I had overall responsibility for all audio visual installations including 12 x large format stadium screens, over 1000 TV IPTV network in 3 locations. over 90 conference rooms, 250m perimeter advertising system, museum, health club and a state of the art music venue.

Within this role I was responsible for the over-haul of staging, lighting, sound, etc that made this a world-class entertainment venue. I was responsible for the design, fulfilment, maintenance and often operation of the site for a number of years supporting headline acts such as the Kaiser Chiefs and many other fantastic events.

Within this role I was responsible for the set design and often graphic design of major events for clients such as Hilton & Met Police, among many others. I would liaise with clients, understanding their needs and create a set design that would meet those needs. I would organise ensuring all technology and team were on location in the country of requirement, set up, operate throughout and breakdown afterwards. This was an exciting role that involved a lot of travel, innovation, problem solving, fast thinking, leadership and time management.
