· In less than two years I was instrumental in bringing a small corporation from a “kitchen table” operation to a $65 million gross revenue organization. This included site selection for our HQ, complete buildout of all internal networks, servers, VPN, VoIP telco and connection to 3 satellite offices in different states. Daily duties included all technology purchases, planning, project management and administration. Utilizing Office365, Cisco VPN, a collocated Server 2012 and Active Directory I was able to interconnect 100 employees in the field, virtually all of whom didn’t have offices. I was also key in migrating the accounting software, installing vehicle tracking devices, standardizing the desktop, securing the environment and interconnecting the surveillance systems for all sites. Finally, I also handled all desktop support calls for PCs, printers, cell phones and software.

· Supported all servers, switches, routers, LAN/WAN connections, telco and desk side user experience for the Houston, Dallas and Artesia, NM Field Offices. Selected for multiple national project leadership positions. Instrumental in in managing projects such as rolling out full device encryption, Windows 7 and complete hardware change out. All projects were spearheaded by my team from concept to user acceptance. Responsible for budgeting and reconciliation for the Field Offices under my purview. Implemented an Asset Management program that was adopted organization wide. Implemented a document library framework which allowed collaboration, versioning and peer review for acceptance.
