Define and deliver innovative new products that align with strategic objectives while meeting the needs of the regions across all channels of trade. Effectively manage the portfolio of Goggles and Helmets through their entire life cycle, from inception to discontinuation.- Develop new product materials and formally brief to design and engineering teams.- Manage product calendar for all critical deadlines including new product kick-offs, design & development reviews, regional collection presentations, samples, seasonal catalog, etc.- Identify new product opportunities through competitive analysis, marketplace research & consumer insights.- Collaborate in all relevant design, development and marketing meetings.- Review prototypes / samples, track changes and provide clear feedback to design and development.- Track costs, margin, pricing, forecast and performance for respective products.- Product lifecycle management to drive business results and productivity.- Systematically manage the product line in PLM data system.- Present new products and seasonal collections to key regional stakeholders.- Support Marketing in the development of GTM materials and seasonal product catalogs by providing product inspiration, key selling features and technical product information.
