I started in the service department as a dispatcher and grew to become the Assistant Service Manager. From there I became the MPS administrator and Contract billing manager. Throughout my career with NAOS I have created policies and procedures for several departments. Created a workflow through our CRM system for sales proposals and contracts so that our company would be a paperless environment. I have trained and specialized in our CRM system, Managed Print service system, E-Automate operation software, and Scorekeeper commissions software. Bookmark and formalize all sales paperwork through our CRM system to auto-populate the orders for the sales team. Work with the sales executive staff to create compensation plans, create sales meeting agendas, and onboard new sales reps. Closing of end of month to include processing commissions and funding deals. Negotiate our lease rates with all leasing companies to obtain 17 points for the company with our sales team lease cost rates. Upload all the sales pricing into our CRM system through SQL scripts for the sales reps to do their financial paperwork.
