He has an extensive background in leading teams, developing people and delivering against commercial and transformational targets.He has wide consulting and in-house experience across UK Financial Services firms with a proven external network across the industry and the City of London. Chris is a committee member for a range of programmes to improve social mobility and access to Financial Services and professional careers for students and graduates from all backgrounds.
