Through the course of working with clients individually I quickly realized that they had a very limited understanding of their company retirement plans. I noticed that their 401(k) plans had mediocre investment options and that the education they were getting for their plan was lacking. Seeing this huge lack of service, I devoted myself to being a student of 401(k) and qualified retirement plans. I now specialize in the design, implementation and servicing of 401(k)s and have made it the focus of my business. I take pride in the fact that employees know me by name when I visit the companies I advise. Whether it is advanced tiered profit sharing, pension/401(k) combos, or detailed investment reviews, I strive to provide the highest levels of support and advice in the industry. Wealth management and comprehensive financial planning are still a core part of my business. I work with clients to clearly define their goals, take a snapshot of their financial situation, then do my nerdy work to create a custom tailored financial plan for them. I prefer the freedom of working on a fee basis for clients, but I can also work on a commission basis if it is appropriate.
