Program delivery accountability for a critical sourcing project for EnergyAustralia’s largest technology contract. Accountable for execution of a change program to deliver against the agreed sourcing objectives across the following domains:• Digital Workplace – establishment of a modern workplace technology solution and supporting contractual and commercial agreement to drive demonstrable improvement in productivity and experience for EA’s 3000 employees. This included delivery of an omni-channel service desk and progressive end user computing capability leveraging high degrees of automation and AI driven (ServiceNow, Nexthink, Modern Management) through a competitive sourcing process. • Hybrid Infrastructure and Application – remediation and modernization of a 13-year-old agreement that has delivered traditional managed infrastructure and application services. The program delivered operational savings of 50% whilst establishing cloud automation, enhanced disaster recovery, and improved agile delivery capabilities. In addition robust service level agreements and a new governance framework was established to maximize the transformation outcomes• Working within the Service Management, Technology organisation of EA, I have also delivered a number of integration initiatives for cloud based contact centre platforms and delivering additional Citrix infrastructure to support offshore business growth.
Head Of Front Line Technology Experience & Transition Services
Reporting to the General Manager, Consumer & Wealth Technology, I was accountable for delivery of cash machine services (Smart ATM’s / Business Deposit Machines, Cash Recyclers) on behalf of NAB’s retail banking business, service orchestration across technology for NAB retail branches, and the business as usual management of transitional services agreements to MLC Life.
Head Of Service Transition
Reporting to the General Manager, Wealth Technology, I was accountable for the creation, establishment and execution of transitional service agreements (TSA’s) between NAB Technology and MLC Life, a critical deliverable to enable to the $2bn sale of NAB’s life insurance business.
