Manage the day to day operations of a 30,000 square foot shooting and training facility, housing a 5000 square foot showroom, and a 2 bay, 20 lane shooting facility, with maximum indoor shooting distance of 25 yards. Included in the day to day operations are, but not limited to:• Manage 9+ employees and scheduling• Manage the sales room floor of handguns, shotguns, rifles, and shooting supplies• Manage the maintenance, including shooting facility, HVAC and DCU, and monitoring of the 3 stage filtration systemand bullet trap with auger system.• Setting up the training schedule, which includes outside instructors and classes using our state of the art facility• Giving basic to advance firearms instruction to individuals and groups• Keeping up with, and renewing all pertinent licensing need for the gun range and store.• Handling of customer relations and building a member base. Treating each and every customer as our #1 priority• All responsibilities of the day to day operation of a $5,000,000 business along with daily, weekly and monthly operatingexpenditures, including paying bills, working with our network of vendors on ordering stock and special orders, andkeeping shooting supplies for operation.• Working closely with Federal, State and local agency’s, on contracts with our facility, for all levels of firearms trainingand qualifications.
