As Group HSE Manager at Randridge International, I led the design and implementation of our HSE management system, oversaw international projects with major operators like Shell and Exxon, and spearheaded the migration to ISO 45001 certification.I’ve managed large HSE teams across complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, critical risk management, and the promotion of a strong safety culture.
