I started in the demolition industry back in 1995 and I am now starting with my 30th consecutive year. I started off my demolition career with a "getting to know the industry position". I learned the trade by performing labor and equipment dispatching, cost reporting and project startup tasks. After a while I started to estimate small projects and manage smaller jobs. Over the years I continued to grow my skills in estimating and project management while continuing to work with smaller $100K projects up to bidding and managing $20M projects. Some of my key skills are:- Past history of orchestrating successful demolition projections including recycling goals to increase profitability and schedule.- Able to complete projects from "cradle to grave"- Refined relationship building skills to ensure a collaborative completion to successful projects for all involved.During my 26 year career, I developed numerous relationships with clients as well as developed friendships that continue outside of the daily workload. These are the most meaningful and important life developments that has happened to me.
