Member of the executive team that led Jacobs Trading through the acquisition by Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT). As a a Director of Technology, I led key integration projects with Liquidity Services, including ERP (Great Plains), CRM, networks, Active Directory, as well as all SOX and financial/IT audits. I also led the technical implementation of the Jacobs Trading spin-off in September, 2015.I was responsible for software development teams that spanned 8 products, 6 business units, and 5 countries. These teams work on the Microsoft and open source stacks; includes employees, contractors, and off shore development teams. Responsible for development of a new global marketplace platform on the Microsoft stack that leverages Azure in a PaaS-first approach. This initiative is also leading our teams from Waterfall to Scrum.

More importantly, I concentrated on growing the business through business process engineering and application development for the reverse logistics and eCommerce groups.Developed custom applications such as a "'Pick & Pack"' system for eCommerce that integrated inventory management, order fulfillment, mobile devices & touch-screen inventory entry systemsAlso developed "LoadTracker", a real-time, web-based, spot-market selling system for the wholesale business.
