• 20+ years of global finance experience including CFO/Executive Adviser role at EAD and senior positions at ContourGlobal, SolarReserve and HSBC • Proven skills in leading deal teams in executing successful financings for large domestic and international infrastructure projects. • Experienced in a variety of industry sectors, including renewable energy, oil & gas, conventional power, transportation infrastructure, and telecommunications.• An internationalist who has done business in more than 20 countries on all inhabited continents; who speaks English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.• A relationship builder with a strong track record of initiating, nurturing and negotiating profitable new ventures, with governments, lenders, corporate clients and investors. • A leader and/or core team member in multiple landmark transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion and with six transactions receiving Project Finance Magazine and/or Project Finance International Deal of the Year Awards. • A high visibility executive who has participated as a primary speaker or panelist in numerous industry seminars and events and who has long-standing relationships that can enhance the efficacy and credibility of projects that he pursues.
