Spartronics is a electronics manufacturing organization with a workforce of over 1,500 and 9 facilities throughout the US and internationally.At Spartronics, I am responsible for HR leadership and support for a MilAero, Medical, and Industrial manufacturing facility with the aim of integrating HR and business goals. My primary areas of responsibility and leadership are: compensation and benefits, employee labor relations, employee development; environmental health & safety, strategic management, and workforce planning. I lead a team of HR Generalist in the Bay Area to manage HR related policies and SOPs to comply with Federal/State/Local regulations. Successfully directed projects focused on improving the Candidate and Employee experience resulting in improved ability to attract, engage, and develop high-performing employees; managed the alignment of the employee experience with Spartronics' purpose, brand, and culture.

My primary objective was as a post-acquisition change agent (Rebuild Executive Leadership Team, re-align organization culture with corporate objectives, departmental restructuring, employee engagement). My projects have also included work on employee relations, leadership coaching and mentorship, recruiting, compliance and auditing, succession planning and performance management.

Primary focus on Employee Development and the strategic improvement of Employee Recruitment, Motivation, and Retention.Integrated and assimilated staff into core business operations post acquisition.
