- Managed and provided Plant Data Management services to various clients inThailand (PTT, SCG, BLCP, ThaiOil), Malaysia (Shell, Petronas) and Singapore(Sembawang Marine) for over 10 Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas.
- Designed training and peer-mentoring programs in the organization on variousPlant Database Management Softwares. Reduced on-boarding time of newemployees by 50%. New employees were able to be placed in key project.
- Adept in all aspects of project lifecycle management, from planning, estimationcosts and scheduling of project timeline, execution and project monitoring/review and handover to clients.
- Completed multiple project handover stages to the clients, and ensured thatthey were able to use and extract out the maximum potential from the software/databases. Conducted training sessions to the client's employees.
