Reduced on-boarding time of newemployees by 50%. New employees were able to be placed in key project roleswithin a month or less.•Adept in all aspects of project lifecycle management, from planning, estimationcosts and scheduling of project timeline, execution and project monitoring/review and handover to clients.•Completed multiple project handover stages to the clients, and ensured thatthey were able to use and extract out the maximum potential from the software/databases. Conducted training sessions to the client's employees so that theymay get up to speed quickly to be able to use and manage their 3D Plantconfidently (On-site and off-site trainings)
