Providing day to day desktop support for Hospital users in an environment utilizing Windows Server 2003/2008, with primarily Windows XP workstations with an average workload of 15-30 help desk tickets per day is roughly 50% of responsibility. As part of my helpdesk duties I have created documentation on policy and procedures for the helpdesk team as well as general users, including procedure for disaster recovery situations. Systems supported includes: Microsoft Office 2007/2003, Exchange 2007, Autocad 2008, Microsoft CRM, Abacus (point of sale for retail and food and beverage), Great Plains, HP JetAdmin, Nova (Property Management System) and many other software packages.
