- Manage corporate Information Technology projects- Assist in the development of project management skills within the organization

- Manage a team of 10 full and part time staff in delivering high level customer service and administration duties for the Arena Division and the Peterborough Memorial Centre Box Office.- Implement new processes and tools to improve the efficiency of Arena Division services such as software system upgrades and reorganizing staff duties- Monitor and reconcile General Ledger accounts to make sure accounts are on budget and error free- Assist in the development of Arena Division budgets- Maintain and improve relationships with key Arena Division clients such as the Peterborough Petes and Peterborough Lakers- As part of the Arena Division management team develop strategic plans for the division

- Project Management – co-ordinate IT resources for a variety of projects, such as system implementations and upgrades. Develop and manage project budgets.- Develop improved business processes using technology. Make recommendations for solutions that meet the needs of the users- Provide research (requirements, procedural, financial etc.) to support IT decisions- Develop requirements and specifications for new IT solutions- Investigate and resolve IT problems reported by users. - Work with a variety of technologies including databases, client-server and web based applications, e-commerce applications, and IVR applications- Maintain working knowledge of IT infrastructure- Offer primary support for a number of software applications including Cayenta CU/CF (work order, asset, fixed asset modules), Active Class Software (course registration, facility booking, POS), Audience View software (venue ticketing), CSDC Amanda (property, building permits, planning application system), Sire eAgenda (agenda management)- Provide direction for junior staff- Develop standardized operating procedures for IT Department

- Develop software applications based on user requirements- Developed specifications and wrote an EBT processing system using Oracle PL/SQL- Responsible for the configuration and support of third party software applications
