Developed and maintained supplier vendor lists and contracts, pricing schedules, and internal procedures for shop floor employees to ensure repeatability and consistency.

Direct shop flow by managing key customer accounts (Lockheed, Boeing, SpaceX, Jennmar, Kihomac) for the Salt Lake City division. Provided leadership to assess, understand, and deliver on customer needs. Coordinated with operations and commercial team to identify and deliver new customer solutions that enabled business development, differentiation, and market segment growth. Initiated and directed internal sales, and the technical and project planning phase for customer on-boarding process. Developed KPI’s (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) for key customers. Responsible for regional sales and growth. Trained and managed group of 10 individuals in our customer care and quoting teams. Continuously improved and ensured that Salt Lake City division was NADCAP, ISO, FFL and ITAR Compliant.
