About Chris Grippo
When I was young someone wiser than me said “Chris, you will go on to do many interesting things, see intriguing places, meet fascinating people, and from all of this you will learn; but never forget to leave the world a better place than when you found it. Go out and do something great every day!” Great advice that helped frame who I am and has guided my interactions. I am a curious by nature, always wanting to understand how something works and driven to figure it out if I don’t know. But while I strive to understand ‘the how’, I also want to know ‘the why’ and ultimately ask the question “is there a better way and have we tried it?” You cannot be afraid to dig in and ask the hard questions. Only then can you make things better. Having a career that has traversed action sports and technology I've observed and experienced various industry and customer dynamics. I have learned to adapt to a wide range of customer perceptions and needs, and employed various tactics to reach customers. And this experience I take with me in whatever I do.I believe adventure is where you find it both inside and outside work.
